Colorado Republican’s Nominate Tim Leonard
Liberty minded republican Colorado citizens spoke up at the state Senate District 16 assembly and elected several candidates across the state. One of the closely watched races was between Tim Leonard and D.A. Mark Hurlbert. Tim Leonard won the primary beating District Attorney Mark Hurlbert for State house.
According to the Summit Daily “Hurlbert got 29 percent of the delegate vote while challenger Tim Leonard captured 71 percent. Candidates need 30 percent to make the ballot outright.” Hurlbert is not sure whether he will petition on.
